1. Not Medical Advice

MediScan Pro is a utility application designed to help you organize and schedule your medications. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider.

2. Founding Circle Program

Founding Circle rewards are tied to verified referrals and launch participation milestones. Current core MediScan Pro features remain free. Referral rewards may include priority access, beta invitations, and founding-member pricing eligibility for future premium Caregiver Mode and Advanced AI releases.

Fraudulent referrals, automated signups, Sybil attacks, or other attempts to manipulate the program will result in immediate disqualification from all reward tiers.

3. App Availability

Launch dates, features, and roadmaps are provided as targets and may shift. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue components of the service with or without notice.
